So here we are again...

So here we are, a few months later, after graduating. It certainly hasn't been an easy year at all in the industry. I did manage to do a one day shoot as a Production Assistant for aTV segment for the BBC, which was pretty awesome and loads of fun! Rubberoom's nights have been getting better and better, with more and more new people every time. I just won a year long membership with the org for my 21st birthday which was really nice of them. It allows me to advertise on their site, so I'll be organising that one pretty soon. I'll have to do up a nice promo shot of myself, the one I have on Youtube has become a little outdated.
Anyway, I've been busy this year with saving up cash like crazy for my editing system/suite as well as getting the car issue sorted so I can stand a better chance at getting industry jobs. Atm, there are some opportunities pending decisions that are no longer in my hands, so I'm crossing fingers! In any case, whatever will be, will be. It's the WFC, so one has to be optimistic.
I've finally got the writing bug back, it's been a little while since I wrote my last script. I had been creatively exhausted by last year's efforts: that being producing and editing a short film for Korean Television and also producing, shooting and editing a commercial half hour web documentary for the Sports College at my university. It's a subject that I've been fascinated by for a while and it will be interesting to see where it goes. I guess that's where the fun in writing a story/script lies.
