Year After Year Thousands of filmmakers pour their blood, sweat, tears and money into producing a film, and then completing the long painstaking process of submitting it to film festivals. Of the thousand of entries that festivals receive every year less than one percent actually get in, and the numbers of entries continue to grow every year.
While the Film Festivals make billions in profit every year, it’s the end of the road for most of the filmmakers, watching their life long dreams getting tossed to the wind, and their film although a work of art never seeing the light of day. For the few that do see the light of day, those who land a distribution deal see little to no profit while there film ends up on DVD, which is rapidly becoming an old way to watch movies, as the world embraces online movie streaming.
That’s why my company 4951 Films created Webetheater as a means to allow every filmmaker maker, young and old, regardless of race, culture creed, religion, and opportunity to have their work seen worldwide, and a fighting chance to make some kind of money on their film.

Qualified filmmakers who submit there films to be considered for webetheater between now and April 5th will be entered for a chance to be paid to put there film on Webetheater.com in addition to keeping a majority of their actual ticket sales!

Include your name/company name , the films name and a press kit including synopsis Bois etc.
Also the reason why you and your film deserves to get paid to get paid.
One Lucky Winner will receive $100.00 and be featured on the new webetheater.com as a must see film.
The Two Runner-Ups will receive $50.00
And the remaining 7 will receive $25.00
THw winner will all get their films put on dedicated pages featuring trails and film info, and people will be able to buy tickets to see their films.
As with the winners and all other film on Webetheater.com a majority of the proceeds from the film go directly to the filmmaker!

This Competition is open to international entires we ask that all foreign language film have English Subtitles or they wont be accepted.
All films most be post marked by May 5th 2011
