Open to all high school and middle school students. The biggest change this year is the festival is now 120 hours. You now have 5 days to create your film. This year the final films will be uploaded to a private YouTube channel. The kickoff for this year's contest is October 8th at 6:00 pm. You do not have to be in the area to participate.
