    Meet the Speaker: Anthony Sturmas

Anthony Sturmas started as a graffiti artist in Los Angeles and Long Beach in the 1980s. His passion for street art led him into the world of comics and storytelling, earning him a Marvel Comics Scholarship to The Kubert School. Instead of pursuing it, Sturmas chose to stay in California, making his mark as a muralist in Los Angeles while building connections with Hollywood studios.

He earned a BFS in Multimedia Animation from The Art Institute of Los Angeles and received formal training from the prestigious Art Center College of Design in Pasadena.
