I tried using Sibelius recently but the licensing server seems to be down so I have just switched MuseScore, and of course my DAW (Reaper)-- MuseScore version 4 (in alpha, to be released later in 2021) is going to be amazing and will include a sequencer much like a DAW and will be able to use VST instruments; maybe check it out as a replacement for Sibelius?
