What qualities make a good director?

In your opinion, what are the most important qualities for a good director? I believe it is determination, self-discipline and passion. What do you think?

He needs to be a great communicator and to be honest with his crew.

He has to be kind and talented. and humble. most importantly.

Well, he needs to be trustworthy, after all, you entrust an entire project to him. Second, he needs to get the job done, I've met many directors with many good ideas and who couldn't get the job done and years would pass and they would still not be able to get to a final product
