Yes. That's a legit source. That guy has been posting the list for a decade. I don't know know how quickly he updates it..

UTA is United Talent Agency. I don't know why they put it out, but it's a long tradition.
It's tough to find, and circulating it is a no-no. It's a Studio System thing. The Unknown Production Assistant is pretty reliable, although on occasion he moves without notice.
I learned of it from my daughter when she was an Assistant at Morgan Creek.
It is best to stand out when you have a portfolio of your work. You can also find the UTAs at festivals
But you need to attend them and do a lot of networking, meet a lot of people
