Hey guys I've been making short films for a while with my sony HDR XR200 HD camera and recently I've been trying to do rack blurring/focusing but I can't figure it out. Is there a trick to it or is it just an option on higher end cameras? I've had no trouble have super close up things in focus and the background out of focus (and vice versa) but that professional effect bringing focus to something at medium distance is something I haven't figured out yet. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
