The Carter Think Tank found that if you used a around 200,000 acres of desert land and unusable water you could both clean the water you could make enough bio fuel for the entire U.S.A. Enough for every car truck an plane. Yes on land that is desert and with water that was just waste because unlike all other plants Algae doubles its mass every hour. Its like Science Fiction but true. Corn can't do that nor Soy. They are also food staple products. The need fertilizer and good soil.
