About Me
I live in beautiful New Zealand, a land of contrasts. I am the happiest when I am on a beach with my dog. I love the heat. At the moment NZ is in winter - I am certainly not a fan :( I am a portrait painter and try to capture my sitters who they really are inside and not what they portray to the world. I adore and obsess over films and books, love listening to music, learning new things, researching, which I am good at, talking to people about their lives. A nice glass of wine with a great meal and friends.
I am now working on two stories - one is my autobiography, and the other a murder mystery with a twist. I have 3 books already published.
I am still searching for a producer for my book on the life of the 20th Earl of Suffolk & Berkshire, GC, who was a spy for the British government in the Second World War, and a bomb disposaleer. His life is a boys own story - he was an adventurer, a man with a rapier wit, held first class honours in pharmacology and chemistry and loved using explosives. He married a well known dancer of the day. He was a sailor and could speak French perfectly. He brought out of France all the heavy water in the world - making sure it didnt land in the laps of the Germans or Russians - and brought it back to England along with millions of pounds of diamonds, French nuclear scientists, on a British coal ship through mine infested waters. The heavy water end up in America. they used to to create the atomic bomb.
